ROUNDUP SALAD

 

1 – 11 Ounce Corn Chips (Fritos) - Crushed

1 Medium head of lettuce – Chopped or broken into pieces

1 Onion - Chopped

2 medium Tomatoes – Chopped

1 lb Cheddar Cheese – Shredded

1 – 15 Ounce or larger can of Ranch Style Beans – Drained and Rinsed

¾ Cup Catalina Salad Dressing

 

Place corn chips in blender and crush – crushing in bag works well also.  Set aside.

 

In large salad bowl, mix beans, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and cheese.  Toss well and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.  When ready to serve, add Catalina Salad Dressing and toss.  Add corn chips and toss well.  Serve immediately. 

 

Catalina Salad Dressing and corn chips should not be added more that 10 minutes before serving.
