Pumpkin Cobbler
Serves 8
Bake @ 350 Degrees for 50-60 Minutes
One stick butter (1/2 cup).
Cut into pieces and place in 9" x 11" glass baking dish.
Place in oven while preheating oven.
Meanwhile Mix: one cup self-rising
flour, one cup sugar, one cup milk and one tsp vanilla.
Mix and pour over butter.
Do Not Stir / Set aside.
Wisk two eggs in bowl, add 1.5 ounce
evaporated milk, one 30 ounce can pumpkin pie filling.
Mix together well and slowly pour or
spoon over above. Do Not Stir.
(Crust will rise around and
through).
Note! Use pie filling that says, add
eggs.
