Two #1 Cans pork and beans
½ cup chopped onions
½ cup chopped bell pepper
One cup catsup
One teaspoon dry mustard
One teaspoon worschestershire sauce
½ cup brown sugar (or splenda brown sugar substitute)*
Mix all of the above together in bean pot (or slow cooker)*.
Top with six slices of bacon and two chopped tomatoes.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 – 60 minutes (or cook in slow cooker till done)*.
