SAUSAGE ROLLS 

3 loaves frozen bread – Butter top of loaves and let rise (leave room for them to rise.

 

1 lb. breakfast sausage – Fry sausage - chop in small pieces while frying and drain.

1 lb. smoked polish sausage cut in ¼ inch or less slices and quartered – cook and drain.

2 jalapeno peppers chopped

12 green onions chopped - including tops

1 tall jar stuffed green olives – chopped

1 small can ripe olives – chopped

1 lb. grated Velveeta cheese

1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese

1 can parmesan cheese

 

Divide each loaf into three equal pieces.  Roll each piece flat on floured board.  Layer ingredients on flattened pieces and fold over.  Seal the edges together by pinching the edges of the dough and butter top portion.

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Bake for 25 minutes or until brown.

 

The sausage rolls may be cooked and frozen  ahead of time.  Warm in microwave oven.
