Overnight French Toast

 

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup Margarine             

2 tablespoons Light corn syrup        

Mix together until thick, about 5-7 min. Pour into an ungreased 9”x13” baking dish.

 

2 large tart apples, peeled & sliced 

Arrange over brown sugar mixture.

 

3 eggs                             

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon Vanilla

Beat together.

 

Makes 9 slices of French toast     

Trim crust and dip in egg mix and lie over apples, cover and refrigerate overnight.

 

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
