Hash Brown Potato Casserole

 

1 lb. defrosted hash browns potatoes

¼ cup melted oleo

¼ teaspoon pepper

1/2  teaspoon salt

¼ chopped onion

½ cup cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

 

Mix ingredients together and put in cooking pan.

Spread cornflakes over top of potatoes.

Add 1/8 cup melted oleo over cornflakes.

 

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

 

Double recipe for a 9 x 13 inch pan.
